Q) I am showing I need to pay someone I don't even know...Is this right?
A) Yes. In many cases you may not know the person you are pledging to. The
Pledge Administration Portal is Totally Automated and identifies to whom
you should send your pledge to automatically (no human hands), your
pledge will go either to the person two levels above you or to reenter or
progress a person.
Q) I am not able to login to my back office the password I used to sign up with is not working.
A) You must pay the SLF BEFORE you can login to the PAP or if you have
paid that fee and still can’t login go to the member login page and submit the
email address you used when you registered and request that your login
information be sent you as you may have typed the wrong info. This will be
immediately sent to you via email.
Q) I just registered why am I unable to login into the back office?
A) There are a few of reasons that this may occur You may have forgotten
your User Name and Password, in which case you can simply go to the
members login screen and submit the email address you registered and they
will be sent to you.You must pay the Software Licensing Fee BEFORE you
can access the back office.When you registered, your registration may not
have been received properly due to the email service are using (occasionally
when using many of the free services information is passed back in timely
manner, such as, AOL, MSN, Yahoo, Hotmail etc.) and you need to be
activated manually.
Q) I have forgotten my User Name and Password what can I do?
A) You may have forgotten your User Name and Password, in which case you
can simply go to the members login screen and submit the email address
you registered and they will be sent to you.
Q) I received an error during the registration process, I'm not showing in my enroller's back office and I can’t use the same email I originally used. What can I do?
A) In that event you will need to reregister using a different email address
and phone number as the GIVE1GET4 system only allows for the single use
of an email and phone number. If you wish to use your original email and
phone number, reregister using different info and send an email to
support@g1g4lite.net and we will change it back to your preferred email and
phone number.
Q) I tried to login to the back office and it said I had to Software Licensing Fee. Why?
A) You must pay the Software Licensing Fee BEFORE you can access the
back office. You can immediately submit your SLF payment by clicking one
of the options listed when you try to login as a member.
Q) How can I pledge up to the next level?
A) Once ALL your pledges are marked received you have the option to decide
of your own free will to pledge to the next and higher level until you have
reached the 6th level.
Q) Do I get a replicated site?
A) No. However, you do get your own individual and personalized Guest
Code that recognizes you and only you when guests visit the g1g4lite.net
web site. Should any guest you have invited decide to register you will be
credited with inviting that guest.
Q) What if I send a gift but the receiver doesn't mark me paid?
A) Maintain a copy of your receipt for that sent pledge and forward it to
support@g1g4lite.net so they can assist you in staying in honor with the
activity.
Q) What if someone has pledged me a gift and refuses to send it?
A) If that person does not honor that pledge within a timely fashion they will
be permanently removed from the GIVE1GET4 activity. It also means that
you may not ever receive a pledge from that position.
Q) What if someone has pledged me a gift and refuses to send it. Does this hurt MY Activity or cause me not to cycle?
A) No. None whatsoever. As long as you are in honor with the activity you
will continue, cycle when your matrix is filled, progress and benefit if you are
pledged to.
Q) I sent an email to someone who has pledged to send me a gift but the email bounced. How do I contact them now?
A) Try and send it again, try phoning or contact your upline or their upline
until you find the person. Additionally, that person will see that they have
pledged a gift to you and may email or call you.
Q) How long do I have to send out my pledge(s)?
A) You MUST be prepared to deliver any pledge you make immediately. If
you don’t have it to send don’t make it. Your failure to send your pledge
WILL result in your PERMANENT REMOVAL from the GIVE1GET4
activity.
Q) What if I can't find two like-minded people?
A) Don’t make a pledge and don’t enroll. It is possible to benefit, however,
this activity is about sharing with like-minded people and would not be fair
to your team.
Q) Will it benefit me to register multiple times?
A) No. Because this is a FollowMe Forward activity anyone you personally
invite to participate will always follow you when they reenter, whether that is
two people or one hundred they always FOLLOW YOU. As a matter of fact it
will hurt your personal activity and that of your team.
